Ready Home Builders is a product of bringing together two best of breed builders from Sonoma (RHB Builders) & Tahoe (John Doherty Construction). Separately, we've been helping build Northern CA since 2001 (JDC) and 2015 (RHB)
OUR MISSION
Helping Build The Northern CA Wine Country & Sierra / Tahoe Regions
After graduating from the University of Washington, Bradley Welch has been professionally involved in real estate since 2000 where he began as an Environmental Consultant. After handling land acquisition for Christopherson Homes and subsequently managing acquisition and pre development for Kenwood Investments throughout the early 2000s, Brad founded RHB Builders in 2015 to help rebuild Sonoma County during a massive rash of fires.

Similarly, John Doherty founded JDC in 2001 and has picked up a number of awards over the last couple decades for his efforts in green building in the Tahoe basin area. The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency awarded John with the Best in Basin Award in 2007 and John has been helping more families build their Sierra dreams ever since.

Of course we are much more than the 2 of us since our teams completely rock. We definitely look forward to introducing everyone as we work together on your home.
